Gran Café Tortoni: How to redesign an 1858 icon with AI, structured content, and a living design system

Buenos Aires' oldest and most celebrated café reimagined directly from its physical architectural roots. We measured the mouldings, boiseries, and stained glass of Avenida de Mayo, generated a strict living design system, and delivered an ultra-fast web application with zero recurring SaaS fees.
